A professional diagramming tool that helps users visualize complex information through easy-to-understand diagrams.
Dear Furman, Nikki-Sheree,
If you're looking to use Microsoft Visio Cloud (Visio for the web), a good place to start is by signing in to your Microsoft 365 account and selecting Visio from the list of available apps. If you do not see Visio listed, you may need to verify that a Visio license has been assigned to your account.
Both Visio Plan 1 and Visio Plan 2 can access Visio for the web. However, with Visio Plan 1 this is the only way you can access Visio since the desktop app isn't included with Visio Plan 1.
To access Visio for the web, do the following.
- Go to visio.cloud.microsoft.
- If prompted, sign in with your work or school account.
To learn more about this version of Visio, see Overview of Visio for the web.
If you're new to Visio, I recommend beginning with a simple Flowchart to become familiar with adding shapes, connecting them, and formatting your diagram. Visio also supports saving diagrams to the cloud and collaborating with others in real time.
