please help account got hacked and they changed my email and password I have no places where its left logged it

I need help I have the old email and the support questions dont seem to care and I have the old password and nothing it says to do has worked this is a last resort I can prove it I have multiple screenshots that can prove I owned the account can I real person please contact me to help these ai things are not helping and I have a minecraft account attached to it that has a sign in but it just says it does not exist anymore (the email is not a microsoft email though)

Unfortunately, if someone changed your address, the truth is that you'll never recover the account. If your address ended with a Microsoft domain like @outlook.com, @live.com, @hotmail.com or @msn.com, then the moment the hacker removed that address as an alias, the address becomes permanently disabled and it can never be reused for any account. If the domain of your address was a non-Microsoft domain (like @gmail.com), then you can use it to create a new account, but it will be new. The old account is gone for good. I've been using what is not Outlook.com for as long as it has existed and also when it was live.com and Hotmail.com before that. I have never heard of anyone getting their account back once the address was removed. The only recovery methods Microsoft supplies are automated.
