I have ordered MIcrosoft 35 for my mack book. My credit card has been charged. The only information I received from you is on my iPhone, but I want to download on my Mac.

On your Mac, go to microsoft365.com and sign in with the same Microsoft account you used for the purchase. Then select the option to install the Microsoft 365 apps.
After installation, open Word or Excel and sign in with the same account to activate your subscription.
If the subscription doesn't appear after signing in, check account.microsoft.com/services to confirm that Microsoft 365 is associated with that account.

What is your macOS version?
Is your office product purchased from Microsoft website or from Apple App Store?
