Hello Minecraft Support,
I'm having trouble signing into Minecraft on my Android phone. My Microsoft account is working correctly, and I can sign into the Xbox app and the Minecraft website using the same account ([moderator's note: PII removed]).
However, when I open Minecraft, it still shows “Sign In” even after I successfully complete the Microsoft login.
I have already restarted my phone and tried signing in again, but the problem continues.
Please help me get my Microsoft account connected to Minecraft again.
Thank you.

For your privacy and security, I have covered the personal information included in your post. Please avoid sharing any personal or sensitive information publicly, such as serial numbers, order details, email addresses, phone numbers, or case-related information.
Since the same Microsoft account works in the Xbox app and on the Minecraft website, this does not appear to be a password or account-recovery issue. It is more likely that the completed browser sign-in is not being passed back to Minecraft correctly.
Could you please let me know:
In the meantime, please check the Google Play Store for updates to your default browser, Android System WebView, Google Play Services, and Minecraft. After installing any available updates, restart the phone and test the sign-in again. You can also temporarily disable any VPN, ad-blocking service, or Private DNS and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out a network-related interruption.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. My role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.
If the issue continues, please avoid using the account recovery form, since the account itself is already accessible. Instead, contact Minecraft Support and explain that Microsoft authentication completes successfully outside the game, but Minecraft for Android does not retain the signed-in state.
If you decide to reinstall Minecraft before contacting support, please back up any locally stored worlds first, as uninstalling the app may remove local game data. Thank you so much for your understanding.

For this Android Minecraft sign-in loop, try these steps in order:
If the issue continues, use the Microsoft account Sign-in helper to check the account and guide the next recovery step. If the username and password are correct but still do not work in sign-in flows, use Recover your account and complete the security code flow.
If Minecraft still stays on Sign In after that, contact support and report that the Microsoft sign-in completes successfully outside Minecraft but the game does not keep the signed-in state on Android.
