Training: Instruction to develop new skills.
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
Hello @Ramkumar Peraman I hope you are doing well,
The corporate details requirement is standard for accessing Azure OpenAI and certain proprietary models in Azure AI Foundry because Microsoft gates these services behind Responsible AI verification and requires an organizational identity (a work or school email backed by Microsoft Entra ID).
The official Microsoft Learn modules for AI-102 include built-in sandbox environments and lab passes that provide temporary access to the necessary models and endpoints directly within the training modules.
If you are following the YouTube walkthroughs on your own Azure subscription to practice, you can use the open-weight models available in Azure AI Foundry such as Microsoft Phi or Meta Llama deployed as serverless APIs since they do not require enterprise vetting. Otherwise, getting access to gated models requires submitting the Azure OpenAI access form using an account associated with an employer, university, or registered business.
