i cannot open any of the Window apps like Word, Excel or PowerPoint.

    Hi, let me help you.

    Have you tried restarting the computer?

    If you have rebooted, please try to perform a quick repair for Microsoft Office,

    Press Windows + R, type control, and press Enter.

    Go to Programs → Programs and Features.

    Find Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Office in the list.

    Select it, then click Change (or right-click it and select Change).

    Choose Quick Repair.

    Click Repair, then confirm.

    Wait for the repair to complete, restart the computer when done.
