Hello,

I am trying to apply for Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub for my startup, (removed by Moderator)

Microsoft account email: ******@gmail.com, Country: India

My Microsoft account was successfully verified with:

  • LinkedIn profile

Payment card (a $1 authorization was placed and later reversed)

I can sign in to Azure Portal successfully.

However, when I access Microsoft for Startups, I see the message:

"This account can't be used for Microsoft for Startups credits."

I also checked Azure Portal -> Subscriptions and there are currently 0 subscriptions associated with my account.

I would like to know:

Why is my current Microsoft account not eligible for Microsoft for Startups credits?

What steps are required to become eligible for Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub credits?

Is there any restriction on my Microsoft account that is preventing me from applying?
