MSN Community incorrectly moderating without a functional way to appeal

My MSN community profile is getting repeatedly moderated for the same exact reason, with no functional way to appeal it.

For context, MSN community profile names are directly tied to your Microsoft account name. I changed my Microsoft account name to protect myself from bad actors who sometimes appear in the MSN News/Articles community. Unfortunately, ever since changing my name, I have been repeatedly moderated on the MSN community because my profile name allegedly violates the MSN Community Code of Conduct; Yet the system cannot even tell me what guideline it violates. The reason simply shows as "undefined".

Naturally, you would try to submit a review request (as is provided), expecting the moderation team to evaluate the profile name. But that doesn't happen. Somewhere during the review workflow, the system breaks and switches the appeal from reviewing the profile name to reviewing the profile picture instead: the final decision is marked as "accepted" for my profile photo, even though the appeal was submitted for the profile name.

At this point, I'm concerned that this constant, automated moderation might escalate to my Microsoft account itself. Normally, MSN community restrictions prevent me from posting for 72 hours, but because the moderation is being triggered multiple times per day, the restriction has effectively become indefinite.

So...what can I do to resolve this? The issue for many other name variations I've tried too, even when going back to my name.
