Hi,
You can uninstall it directly through WinRE.
Go to Start Menu > Settings > System > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart now.
This will take you to WinRE (Windows Recovery and Repair Environment) > select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt > type Notepad > go to File > Open > Done. Go to My Computer and find the drive where the folder you want to delete is located. Select it and press Delete. The mouse cursor will start loading, and when it stops loading, the icon will change to "Star," indicating that it has been deleted.
If it asks for the BitLocker key, you can get it here: https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey
