Hi, I would like to request a manual review of a refund for my Minecraft Realms subscription.

I originally signed up for a free trial, but I forgot to cancel it before the trial ended and it automatically renewed into a paid subscription on September 6, 2026. I did not intend to continue the subscription, and I have not created or used a Realm after the renewal.

My refund request was automatically denied.

Order number: 4373872481 Service request number: 7108394475

Could you please review my case and consider issuing a refund for this unintended renewal? Thank you.

    Hi ,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out.

I am afraid that no one here has access to Microsoft accounts. Before asking for a refund, make sure auto-renewal is turned off so you do not get charged again. Sign in to your Microsoft account > Go to Microsoft Services & Subscriptions > locate your Realms subscription> Manage > Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

If your request is denied, you can contact Microsoft Support:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us

Select the product > Get Home Support > Type billing > Sign in to Contact Support > Select the product and then click Chat with support agent in web browser. If you bought the subscription through a mobile device or console store, Microsoft cannot refund it directly. You must request the refund through the respective support team.
