Try this in order:
- Put the mouse into pairing mode.
- Press and hold the pairing button on the bottom of the mouse for 5–7 seconds, then release it.
- The light should blink. That means the mouse is discoverable.
- Pair it again in Windows.
- Go to Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
- Select Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth.
- If the mouse appears, select it and finish pairing.
- If the mouse still does not appear:
- Press and hold the pairing button again for 5–7 seconds and confirm the light blinks.
- If the light does not come on, recheck the batteries even if they are new.
- Turn Airplane mode on for 10–15 seconds, then turn it off.
- Turn off other Bluetooth devices connected to the laptop, because too many Bluetooth devices can interfere with the connection.
- Remove and re-pair the mouse.
- If the mouse name is still listed anywhere under Bluetooth devices, remove it from the laptop and pair it again.
- Check whether it is paired to another PC.
- If the pairing light flashes three times and then turns off, the mouse is already paired to another PC nearby.
- Remove the mouse from that other PC first, then return to the laptop and pair it again.
- Test whether the issue is the mouse or the laptop.
- Try pairing the mouse with another PC.
- If it works there, the problem is likely with the laptop Bluetooth connection.
- Update Windows.
- Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and install available updates.
If the mouse is not showing up in Bluetooth at all after these steps, use the Windows Bluetooth troubleshooting guidance in Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows.
