Rewards support neves answers my questions

I’ve been having some problems with Rewards and I’ve already contacted the support team more than ten times through the Bing app form on my Android. Their reply is always the same, without any variation: they say I’m contacting them from an account that is not the correct one (!?) and that I should sign out of Rewards and sign back in with my “correct” account. But I only have one Microsoft account, and I’ve even redeemed Rewards prizes before, so I don’t understand what they mean by “not contacting them from the correct account.”

I’ve replied to the support emails saying that I don’t have any other accounts, and they say they can’t respond because I’m not sending the message from the “correct account.”

I’ve sent several support requests asking for help with the fact that my account is supposedly not the “correct account,” and they simply replied saying I must send the message from my “correct account.”

It’s obvious that no human is reading my requests and there's maybe a bug. How can I solve this?

    Hi D A

I’m sorry you’re going through this. Based on what you described, it sounds like you may be caught in an automated support workflow where your requests are being associated with a different account identifier than the one Rewards expects. Unfortunately, no one in this public forum can access or review Microsoft Rewards accounts. Only the Microsoft Rewards team can investigate account-specific issues.

Since you only have one Microsoft account and have successfully redeemed rewards in the past, I would try submitting a new support request and include:

    • The exact Microsoft account email shown on your Rewards dashboard.
    • A screenshot of the Rewards dashboard showing you are signed in.
    • A copy of the email stating you are contacting them from the “wrong” account.
    • Confirmation that you do not have any other Microsoft accounts or aliases.

It may also help to verify that the same Microsoft account is signed into Rewards, Bing, and your browser/app, as account mismatches can sometimes trigger verification issues.

Unfortunately, there is no public escalation path that forum members can use to reach the Rewards backend team directly. If support continues sending the same template response without addressing the issue, keep the case number and reply with the requested evidence rather than opening multiple new tickets, as that can make tracking the issue harder.

I hope the Rewards team is able to review your case manually and provide a proper explanation.
