What's the issue? If we know what the issue is- and the more detail you can provide, the better - then we can address that issue. Otherwise, we'll have to try everything we can think of, and hope something works (without making something else not work.)

Hi Danny,

What happens when you install updates? Are there any error messages?

Please run winver.exe and post a screenshot of that dialog. It shows the OS build number.
