Hello Shirlene D,
If you still remember your current PIN, open Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options, select Windows Hello PIN, and then choose Change. Enter your current PIN, type the new PIN twice, and select OK.
If you no longer remember the current PIN, choose I forgot my PIN instead and follow the verification prompts to create a new one. You may also find this option directly on the Windows sign-in screen.
Please note that your Windows sign-in PIN is specific to this device and is different from your Microsoft account password.
For additional guidance, see Change or reset your PIN in Windows. If you run into any difficulty while changing or resetting the PIN, please leave a comment and let me know what happens. I’ll be happy to help further. Thank you so much for your understanding.
