complain about taking Publisher away: I

Please don't take Publisher away. I do everything from cards to lesson plans on that program. I know that it is reported that I can use Word or to copy my document into PDF. But it's not the same!!! Nothing is as wonderful as Publisher. Is there any way to convince Microsoft to cancel the omitting of Publisher?

Many long-time Publisher users feel the same way, especially those who have relied on it for creating newsletters, lesson plans, cards, brochures, and other publications over many years. Publisher has been a unique desktop publishing tool and has built a loyal community since its introduction.

At this time, Microsoft's decision to retire Publisher has already been announced, and Publisher is scheduled to reach end of life in October 2026. Microsoft has stated that it plans to focus on similar capabilities across other Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Designer.

Unfortunately, there is no public process for customers to reverse or cancel a product retirement decision. However, the most effective way to make your voice heard is to submit feedback directly to Microsoft through the Feedback Portal . Product teams regularly review customer feedback when making future product decisions.

If you're a Microsoft 365 subscriber, you can continue using Publisher with its current functionality until October 1, 2026. Microsoft recommends preserving important Publisher files by converting them before that date.

While this may not be the answer you were hoping for, I encourage you to submit your feedback and explain specifically how Publisher supports your teaching materials, cards, and other projects. Detailed real-world scenarios often carry more weight than general comments.
