I completed Exam AI-500 (Designing and Implementing Multi-Agent AI Solutions, beta) approximately two days ago. I do not see the exam under Past exams in my Microsoft Learn Certifications profile, and Pearson VUE sign-in returns me to Learn with no score or exam history.

Please confirm:

When results and email notification are expected

Where the result will appear once scoring is complete

This exam is currently in its beta phase, so you will not receive an immediate score report and nothing will appear in your Microsoft Learn profile or Pearson VUE history until the exam officially goes live worldwide. This is normal for Microsoft beta exams. Microsoft uses the beta period to analyze question performance and other statistics before creating the finalized scoring model.

You should expect your official score approximately 10 days after the exam goes live worldwide. The live release generally occurs 10 to 12 weeks after the beta period begins, so depending on when you took the exam, it can take up to approximately 14 weeks from the start of the beta period to receive your score. Microsoft will send an email to the address associated with your certification profile when the final scoring process is complete and your results are available.

Once Microsoft completes the evaluation and finalizes the scoring model, your results will appear in your Microsoft Learn profile. Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the personal account you used to register for the exam, then go to Profile, Credentials, and Certifications. Your exam result will appear under the Past exams section.

After the data synchronizes, you can also use the "View details on provider site" option from your Microsoft Learn Certifications page to access the Pearson VUE dashboard. From there, you can view or download your detailed performance score report.
