Sections didn't sync properly on android and are now missing

I use one note to take notes for class on my android tablet, and they didn't sync properly. Later, I somehow ended up getting signed out and no longer have access to those sections in my notebook. I have 2 exams this week please help!

I think what happened is the sections didn't get synced and I was signed out, it had nothing to do with my university. I cannot access them through the web

For this reason, I recommended contacting your school's IT department. They may be able to verify whether your access to the affected OneNote sections was inadvertently removed and, if necessary, help restore your permissions.

Sorry for the confusion, when I said I don't have access to them I meant I am unable to see them or find them in any one drive files

In addition, signing out of OneNote on Android can sometimes be accompanied by clearing the app's cache. If the notes had not been synchronized to the cloud beforehand, the local data may no longer be available after this process.

Since this is not a permissions-related issue but rather an issue with data synchronization and cloud storage, if the data was never successfully uploaded to OneDrive or OneNote Online, it would also not be available to administrators for recovery.

Based on the information currently available, I am sorry to say that I can only recommend recreating the affected section.
