I cannot correct error. It says that the Assistant cannot be verified to be free of Malware

I would like to speak to a live person to correct this

    I am afraid this is a forum support channel and does not have a direct hotline to help you.

    If you are on a Mac which I assume so,

    1. Open the Apple menu and select System Settings.
    2. Click Privacy & Security in the left sidebar.
    3. Scroll down to the Security section.
    4. Look for the note about "Microsoft Update Assistant" being blocked, and click Open Anyway.
    5. Enter your Mac password to confirm, then proceed.

    I am not going to deploy anything that I do not know about. My computer says your MUA has malware. I want a live person so that I make sure nothing affects my computer. There is an error coming up when I launch Microsoft

    Download Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool and run it to check your computer.

    After running the tool see if your update assistant will work.
