Copliot on my Allpe IPad is no longer avaliable.

Copiliot is no longer appearing in my outlook account. I also appears to no longer be in my work and excel accounts. We have a 365 Premium account which my wife howls as the primary account holder. I had access to copliot prior to the recent copilot merge. I am looking for assistance to reicover copilot into outlook and other accounts. What am I missing.
