Microsoft Designer is gone from the photos app?

Hi Community.
So today i noticed that Microsoft designer is not present when i open images and want to edit them, It's not present in the "open with" either. I tried repairing and resetting the photo and photo legacy app, but to no avail.
I also tried reinstalling it, But it's still not integrated in the photo app like it used to be. I really find it useful as you can crop and rotate images freely. Is there any way to get it back, Or is it supposed not to be integrated in the photo app anymore?

- Launch the Microsoft Designer app directly from the Start menu to confirm it is installed and functioning correctly.
- If available, test with another image file type (such as JPG or PNG) to see whether the Designer option appears for specific formats only.

That message does suggest that Microsoft Designer is currently not available from the Microsoft Store in your region/account context, but based on the information available in the thread, it does not by itself confirm that Microsoft has permanently removed Designer from Denmark or removed the Photos integration entirely. The thread only confirms that Designer is missing from Photos for the original poster and that reinstalling Photos did not restore it.
A couple of quick checks you can try:
- Open Microsoft Store in a browser while signed in to your Microsoft account and see if Designer is offered there.
