Trying to create a free account, can not proceed to step 2. 'Next' button is greyed out

Trying to create a free account. Entered pertinent info at step 1. After phone number, tab pressed, but nothing else appears. "next button' is greyed out.

Please can you paste a screenshot showing what you see (Please remove any PII from it though).

This will help me see exactly what you see and see if there is anything you have missed. Sometimes there is a checkbox that must be ticked before it will allow you to proceed.

Thanks for the images. On your second image, it says you need to verify your new email address. Please can you tell me if the email address you have signed up with for the Azure Startups program is different to the one you are using for the signup form for Azure?

Tried changing the email address to one that isn't based at outlook.com, no dice. Changed it back to outlook.com.
Using a newly created outlook account to do the whole MS Learn thing.

OK, thanks for the answering the questions. From what I understand, the Azure Startups registration should be using the same email address throughout. So when you sign-up for Azure, it should be using the same email address you used to sign up for the Microsoft Startups program.

Please can you try opening an InPrivate browsing window and trying to sign-up from the beginning and see if this allows you to sign up for Azure.

Hi @Richard Rendon - in the screen shot you showed the phone number is marked as required, I assume that you have entered a phone number here. Is this phone number also assoicated with another account?

Re-opened the page in a Container. And suddenly there is a verification box under the signup info. So i re-opened the whole process in a Private Window, and everything works as it should.
