Microsoft Azure - Didn't mean to Subscribe to C2

I was looking at the Pay as you go tiers, and trying to figure out what the cost was. I selected C2, clicked okay, and then got confirmation that I was subscribed.

I tried to go back, only to see that the Pay as you go tiers are now gone, and only commitment tiers exist.

I cannot seem to find how to cancel the subscription that I didn't want. I cannot seem to find how to talk to actual microsoft support, and I cannot find a way to switch my account to the normal pay as you go, or back to the free tier.

Any help would be much appreciated. I have no idea how much C2 even costs, and I didn't mean to sub to it to begin with.

No longer needed. It is quickly becoming obvious that Microsoft has no wish to support common users, and leaves us grunts / poor people to fend for ourselves. Cancelled and deleted. Even with a $650 a month azure plan, you still have to pay $29 a month to have any access to human support. Without that additional $29 a month, all you get is a broken AI Chatbox or a community forum ran by free labor.
