Bluetooth driver is not meant to upgrade your Windows from 7 to 10.

Or, could you possibly mean you need a bluetooth driver that works for Windows 10 ? If so, that will depend if the computer manfacturer still releases drivers that support 10 for your model. It is not something Microsoft makes or provides.

To review that, I need some additional info.

Can you share with me two screenshots please?

Go to Device Manager > Network Adapters, I would like to see what's listed.

Please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up.

Bluetooth drivers and third-party profile packs are not migrated to Windows 10 during an upgrade from Windows 7. That means the Realtek Bluetooth driver usually must be installed again after the upgrade.

For the Realtek Bluetooth safeguard hold described for Windows 10 feature updates, the affected driver versions must be updated to version 1.5.1012 or later.

Practical path:

On the current PC, open Start and search for Device Manager.
Expand Bluetooth and identify the Realtek Bluetooth adapter.
