How can I find my old MCP transcripts?

A while back (20 years ago) I was active in the MCP program and passed a dozen or so exams. Microsoft used to maintain a transcript for MCP that listed all the exams. But I can't find mine. I have an account on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/ but there is no transcript there. Did Microsoft stop maintaining records for old certifications?

Yes—Microsoft still maintains certification records in the transcript, but some older credentials may no longer appear in customer Learn profiles.

    What to check:

    1. Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile.
      • Older exams may be attached to a different login account than the one currently being used.
      • Try any personal, work, or school accounts that may have been used when registering for exams.
    2. Check the transcript and credentials areas in the Learn profile.
      • In the Learn profile, select Transcript to see certifications, exams passed, Applied Skills credentials, and training modules completed.
      • Select Credentials to see certification records and details.
    3. Consider legacy certification behavior.
      • Some older exams and certifications have aged out of the Certification Program and are no longer available in customer Learn profiles.
      • The program agreement also states that the transcript can include expired credentials.
    4. If the expected records are still missing, review the credential requirements.
      • Confirm that the exams completed matched the credential requirements for the certification.
    5. Contact Microsoft Credentials Support if the records should be present but are not.
      • This is the documented path for additional help with missing credentials.
