In Copilot or its agent, when I upload a file, the button to submit the file doesn't appears and it requires me to type anything.

This wasn't like this before and i am getting complaints from users.

We have an Agent where a user can submit a file and it will provide a nice summary of it. Prior to few days ago, the button would appear when our user would just upload a file by drag-and-drop or using the Upload button.

Is there a way to add it back in and/or is this the result of any new updates by Copilot? If so, could you please adding it back
