Hello Susan
A Microsoft 365 Family subscription does not automatically mean that your account has been enrolled in an organization, Entra ID, or Intune.
Microsoft 365 subscription sharing, Microsoft Family Safety, Edge profiles, and Windows device management are separate features. Multiple profiles on a public computer may also belong to previous users or be controlled by the device administrator.
First, use a trusted personal device to secure your Microsoft account:
- Review your recent account activity and report any sign-in you do not recognize.
- Change your password and verify that the recovery email address, phone number, aliases, and two-step verification methods belong to you.
- Open your advanced security settings and use Sign out everywhere.
- Review your Microsoft account devices and remove any device you do not recognize.
- Check Services and subscriptions to confirm whether you own the Family subscription or whether someone else is sharing it with you. Open Sharing and stop sharing with any unknown person.
- Check your Microsoft Family group and remove or leave any group you do not recognize.
Because this is a public terminal, do not remove other profiles, disconnect work or school management, or modify device policies unless you own the computer or have permission from its administrator. After signing out, close every browser window and ask the terminal administrator to remove any locally saved Edge or Outlook profile containing your account
I hope this helps you secure the account and determine whether the issue is account-related or specific to the public terminal.
