I need help with a windows 11 pro product key. Part of key unreadable

I am unable to read part of my Windows 11 Pro product key. I attach photos of my Windows 11 Pro License key also other parts of the packaging. I purchased the product from the UK company - techsofthub . They refuse to assist me despite several requests.. Please add a new Win 11Pro license to my Microsoft account - ******@btinternet.com, or advise me of the missing part of the product key so that I can activate my Windows installation. Thank you for your assistance.

    In the screenshot you supply I can see the full product key.

    The licence resolves to a Windows 10 Pro OEM licence. If this has not been used previously for a windows installation it should activate Windows 10 or 11 Pro edition but being OEM it does not have transfer rights to new hardware and is locked to the hardware it is first used on.

    Last 5 characters QPFC2.
