For a suspended Microsoft Rewards account, the supported path is to contact Microsoft Rewards Support and submit a support request.

Use the Microsoft Rewards support form here: Contact us

    When submitting the request:

    • Sign in with the same Microsoft account linked to the suspended Rewards account.
    • Describe that the account was suspended after a redemption order was placed and that the redeem code is still pending delivery.
    • Include the reward/order details and when the suspension happened.

Relevant policy points for suspensions include:

    • Multiple user accounts
    • Inaccurate account information
    • Using a service that alters the true IP address, such as a VPN
    • Earning points from more than one country the same day
    • Redeeming points outside the country where they were earned

If the reward was already ordered, Rewards orders are generally final and not eligible for return or exchange, except for defective products or where required by applicable law.
