Open the Settings App.
Go to Ease of Access - Color Filters.
Ensure no Color filter is set, especially the Grayscale setting.
Then click Contrast Themes and ensure no Contrast Theme is set.
Finally, in the Settings App, go to Personalization - Themes, and ensure that is set to the Default Windows Themes.

If that does not resolve the problem, go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and reinstall (not update) the version of printer drivers they provide.

The printer problem is a different problem to the screen color problem, the best option is to completely uninstall the printer, restart your PC, then go to the support page for your printer on the manufacturers website to download and reinstall the version of printer drivers, firmware and associated software they provide for your printer model.
