Microsoft for Startup credits - Azure Credits Expired, Can We Requalify?

Hello Microsoft for Startups/Azure team,

We are a startup developing H2OHub and ScoriFi. ScoriFi is our AI-enabled food-product scoring and recommendation platform, while H2OHub supports the broader product and cloud workflow.

We previously received $5,000 in Microsoft for Startups Azure credits, and the full allocation has now been exhausted. Our Azure environment remains actively used for development and production workloads, and we are continuing with paid Azure usage.

Our Azure footprint includes App Service web and API applications, virtual machines and VM scale sets, load balancers, virtual networks, Application Insights and monitoring, container workloads, certificates, alerting, and deployment infrastructure.

Could you please review our Microsoft for Startups account and clarify:

Whether we are eligible for additional or next-tier Azure startup credits.

Whether we should request this through the Microsoft for Startups Portal, Azure billing support, or another team.

What information or documents are required for an account review.

Whether our existing Azure subscription can remain attached to any approved additional sponsorship credits.

We are not attempting to create a duplicate application for the same startup. We want to follow the correct Microsoft eligibility and support process for our existing account.

We can provide our startup verification details, subscription information, usage and cost details, architecture, and product roadmap privately if required.
