Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hello Dora,
From your description, the Copilot icon that previously appeared in the upper-right corner of Outlook is no longer visible.
As a further check, please check whether Copilot is still available in other Microsoft 365 apps such as Word or Excel while signed in with the same Microsoft account. If Copilot is available there, that would suggest the issue is specific to Outlook rather than your account.
It may also be worth signing in to Outlook on the web with the same Microsoft account and checking whether Copilot appears there. If Copilot is available on the web but missing only in Classic Outlook, that would suggest the issue is specific to the Outlook desktop application.
You could also try running an Office Quick Repair:
- Close all Office applications.
- Open Control Panel > Programs and Features.
- Select Microsoft 365 and choose Change.
- Select Quick Repair, then restart Outlook. If Quick Repair does not help, you may also try Online Repair from the same menu.
Please let me know how it goes after trying these steps, and I'll be glad to continue looking into it with you.
