I have a suggestion to the Microsoft Edge design. Can you place the tab bar just the Task bar in the Windows OS in the bottom of the screen?

As we’re a user to user forum Microsoft will not see your comments/suggestions. I would recommend sending Microsoft feedback via the app - Windows key + F key or via the web:

There is no information here indicating a plan for Microsoft Edge on Windows to move the tab bar to the bottom of the browser window above the Windows taskbar.

What is supported here is customizing Edge through Settings and more > Settings, including Appearance, Start, home, and new tab page, and New tab page personalization. The available Edge policy shown for a bottom bar applies only to Microsoft Edge for Android in kiosk mode, not Windows.
