I WANT TO ENROL IN ESU UNTIL 2027 BUT SYSTEM SAYS I HAVE TO USE ANOTHER ACCOUNT TO DO SO. HOW DO I DO THAT?

To obtain ESUs you should be signed in with a Microsoft account that has Administrator status. Microsoft will eventually detect that you have done that, and then you'll see a notification in Settings > Windows Update that your computer is eligible for ESUs.

    Hi Alan,

    Can you supply a screenshot of the error?

    As an alternative, Add a new Microsoft account to your Windows PC:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/identity-signin/manage-user-accounts-in-windows

    1. In the SettingsApp Settings app on your Windows device

     select Accounts > Other user or use the following shortcut:

    Other Users

    1. Under Add other user, select Add account
    2. In the SettingsApp Settings app on your Windows device
    3.  select Accounts > Other user or use the following shortcut: Other Users
      1. Under Add other user, select Add account

    Sign in using that account, and enroll in ESU using the same.
