I have been trying to update from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, but it's not updating, and it says it cannot run on my laptop, which is a DELL from 2013. I tried updating it from the Microsoft website. The link did get downloaded, but when I tried opening it, it showed Due to some issue, we can't download this program on this device. so is there any way that we can use to dowload window 10 on this device?
