Hello,

I experienced several days of service interruption on OneNote for Android due to error 9hehW, which prevented me from accessing my notes and significantly impacted my productivity.

The issue has now been resolved, and Microsoft support confirmed that the root cause was a service-side malfunction.

My main support case number is [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]

I kindly request that the OneNote team add a note to my case confirming the service interruption on OneNote Android.

Thank you.

    Hello Jérôme Guingand

Thank you for providing the case number and the additional details.

As community members, we do not have access to support cases and cannot add notes or comments to an existing case on your behalf. Since Microsoft Support has already confirmed that the OneNote for Android error 9hehW was caused by a service-side issue, the best option is to reply directly to your existing support case or contact the support engineer handling the case and request that this confirmation be documented in the case notes.

Including details about the impact the outage had on your ability to access notes and your productivity may help provide additional context for the case record.

We hope everything is now working normally and that you are able to access your notes again.

    Best regards
