I’m being charged but my account is not found

In this situation, you will need to contact the Microsoft Data Protection Team to regain access to your account. Please locate the appropriate Microsoft support phone number for your work account and contact the frontline support team so they can raise a support ticket on your behalf: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support     

While contacting, please make sure to provide your business domain (it could be a custom domain or <business>.onmicrosoft.com domain) and the account that you are trying to access.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Only Data Protection team can help you to revoke the session and reset your password, account, MFA... 

The Data Protection Team will first verify your ownership of the account using information such as an alternative email address, invoice details, proof of payment, or other account-related information. Once ownership has been successfully verified, they will be able to take the appropriate actions to help you regain access.

Additionally, you can try to contact your bank to stop any Microsoft charges.

Here are some tips and an example of a prompt to help you navigate the IVR more effectively:
