Laptop keeps restarting

My laptop keeps restarting on its own when it is in sleep mode and when it is on.

This started after I reinstalled windows 11 with an installation usb.

I've already tried installing a bunch of drivers. I reinstalled my graphics driver two days ago. The restarting stopped for a couple of hours, but then my laptop crashed. AMD (of which I installed the graphics driver from) then gave me a popup saying that something went wrong. It didn't say much more than that tho

This is my info from msinfo32

Please check to see if your laptop is producing any small Watchdog dump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports

If there are any Watchdog dump files in the sub-folders of that folder, copy the files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so I can take a look for you.

The most likely causes are a driver, hardware device, or software issue introduced after the Windows reinstall. Since the problem happens both during sleep and while the laptop is running, use this order:

    1. Start in Safe Mode If the laptop is difficult to use normally, start in safe mode first. From safe mode, continue with the remaining checks.
    2. Check Device Manager for driver problems
      • Right-click Start > Device Manager.
      • Look for any device with a yellow exclamation mark.
      • Right-click the affected device > Update driver.
      • If that does not help, try Disable device or Uninstall device for the problem device.
    3. Install Windows updates Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates. This is important after a clean reinstall because Windows may still be missing device and stability updates.
    4. Check free disk space Make sure the system drive has enough free space. A good target is 10% to 15% free space.
    5. If the issue started after adding any hardware, remove it Disconnect any newly added USB devices, docks, or accessories and test again.
    6. If sleep-related crashes continue, check for dump files Open File Explorer and go to: C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports If there are Watchdog dump files in its subfolders, copy them to the desktop and zip them. Those files can help identify the crash source.
    7. If the restarts continue with no clear software error, check hardware-related causes Random restarts without a clear stop code can indicate hardware issues. Check these areas:
      • Disable any overclocking if enabled.
      • Check memory health and configuration.
      • Verify the power supply is adequate.
      • Check for overheating.
    8. If none of the above helps, use Windows recovery options Try a restore point or another recovery option that matches the scenario.

Because the problem began after reinstalling Windows and briefly changed after the AMD graphics driver was reinstalled, Device Manager and Windows Update are the best first checks. If the laptop still restarts in sleep, the dump files under C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports are the most useful next step.
