Teams Recording is Failed to Store

I record my meeting in Teams. However after the meeting is end and i already stop the recording, the recording takes time to process. After awhile, i got message that the recording is failed to store.

Need help to restore it urgently because it's an important record.

    Here are some recommend checks you can try:

    1/Check the Recordings folder in OneDrive

    • Navigate to OneDrive > Recordings.
    • Search for any recently created .mp4 files around the meeting time.

    2/Check SharePoint (for channel meetings)

    If the meeting was held in a Teams channel, recordings are stored in the associated SharePoint site's Documents > Recordings folder.

    3/Review the meeting chat

    • Open the meeting chat and select the recording card.
    • In some cases, processing completes later and the recording becomes available after an initial error.

    4/Verify whether another organizer started the recording

    • If another organizer or co-organizer initiated the recording, the file may have been saved to their OneDrive or the team's SharePoint location instead.
