Request for Exception to Reschedule AZ-104 Examination

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I am writing to kindly request your assistance regarding my AZ-104 examination.

I have scheduled my exam for September 11, 2026, using the Microsoft AI Skills Fest Voucher, which required the exam to be scheduled before August 18, 2026. I complied with this requirement and scheduled the exam within the given timeframe.

However, due to an unexpectedly heavy workload and unavoidable commitments, I am finding it very difficult to take the exam on September 11th. I have genuinely tried to make the scheduled date work, but I don't think I will be able to take the exam successfully on that date.

The system is currently not allowing me to reschedule the exam to October 1st, 2026 because it was booked using the voucher.

I completely understand the voucher terms and conditions, but I would sincerely request you to consider my situation and, if possible, grant me a one-time exception to change only the exam date to October 1st while keeping the same exam time and test location. I do not wish to change anything else about my appointment.

I genuinely need this certification and would be extremely grateful for any assistance or alternative solution you can provide.
