Following the discontinuation of the Microsoft Edge Drop feature, I am experiencing a total loss of my synchronized personal files and notes. I have meticulously searched every directory on my OneDrive (including the Recycle Bin and alternative Microsoft accounts) and scanned my local Windows PC storage, yet my data is completely missing. While I understand that product features evolve, erasing unrecoverable user data from backend servers without a clear migration path or warning has caused significant disruption to my workflow and severely compromised my trust in Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem. To resolve this technical issue, I strongly urge your technical team to assist me in identifying if there are any remaining server-side archives, shadow backups, or specific legacy cloud paths where this data can still be retrieved.
