Not able to take GH-600 exam

Hi I had scheduled the GH-600 exam but had put in my company's email id for notification. So , I got the notifications on my official id, due to policies not able to take exam from my official laptop at the same time I didn't get notification on my personal Id despite the personal id being added to the account. Now I am getting an error message that I have an open registration for this exam and I can not register for exam at this time. I am trying to visit my profile on learn.microsoft.com through my personal id but not getting link to take exam neither am I able to book another one. I can take up the test now also but don't know what to do?

    You need to

    a) Set the Contact email address for notifications on https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings

    b) link your personal email account to your Learn profile that is associated with your work email account https://learn.microsoft.com/training/support/learn-profile-manage#add-login-accounts-to-your-learn-profile and https://learn.microsoft.com/training/support/faq?pivots=profile#can-i-merge-two-profiles-of-mine-into-one
