Automated Enforcement Ban

I just received a two day suspension on xbox because I set my profile picture to an image of a person pointing his thumb out. I’m assuming it was from automated enforcement because no human would’ve banned me for the image since it follows all of Microsoft’s community guidelines. There is no way to request an official appeal for this type of ban and this issue has happened to me before with the automated system taking down appropriate gamerpics but I was never given an actual 48 hour suspension for it. I’m looking for steps to hopefully speak with a real person and resolve this issue
