Copilot app transcribing

Hi - When I am transcribing audio using co pilot it sometimes stops out of the blue, I'm not sure what is causing it. Could it be notifications?

Is there a setting I can turn on/off to ensure the app remains transcribing.

    Hello Harriet,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Before we proceed, may I know if there are anything in common between the time it stopped? There are multiple causes to this, so I'd like to know.

    In the meantime, can you please go to Settings > System > Power & battery and make sure running in background for the apps is set as always?
