How Do I Change Admin Email?

I was hacked last year and I quit using my laptop, now I had someone remove the background app that was stealing all of my info, and I am trying to use my laptop again. The problem is that I have a new outlook email and I do not know how to change my admin email on this laptop, they want a password for the old one and it is currently being deleted and I have no idea what the password was. What do I do?

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Before we proceed, may I know if there are any important data that you would like to keep? Since you have lost the account and it have been a year since you last used your computer, I'd say the files and apps is no longer needed and I'd suggest you perform a clean install of your computer to wipe the hacked account off the computer.

    Please let me know your choice and we will proceed accordingly.

    I was in college while I was using this laptop, so there are some papers still on here, but they are not that important. There are some photos on here that are very sentimental, and I would like to keep them!
