What you need to check and then do if you cannot find your certification is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications

    1. Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile. Older certifications can be missing if the wrong login account is used, especially if multiple personal or work/school accounts were used over time.
    2. Open the Learn profile transcript or Certification Dashboard:
      • In Learn: select the profile avatar → ProfileTranscript.
      • In the Certification Dashboard: use View Certificates to download certificates, or View Transcript to download a PDF or share it.
    3. If the certification required multiple exams, the certificate appears only after the final required exam was passed.
    4. If the certification still does not appear:
      • Check the certification details pages to confirm the credential requirements were completed.
      • Try signing in with any other accounts that may have been used when registering for the exam.
    5. For very old credentials, some legacy certifications have aged out of customer Learn profiles. If that applies, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for help locating missing credentials.
