    Hi, @Elise Harshman

Unfortunately Microsoft currently doesn’t support adding iOS devices to the Microsoft account device list. Even if you install Microsoft 365 apps or other Microsoft apps and sign in, the device won’t appear there. This is also noted in Microsoft’s documentation under the iOS section in https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/manage/manage-devices-used-with-your-microsoft-account "Sorry, iOS devices cannot be added at this time".

I would really recommend sharing it directly with Microsoft through the Feedback Hub app on Windows "Send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app" That way the engineering team can see the request and consider improving Android compatibility in future updates.

I really hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

iPhone and iPad do not need to be manually added as devices to use a Microsoft 365 subscription. On iOS, the subscription is applied by signing in to the Microsoft 365 apps with the same Microsoft account that owns the subscription.

    Steps:

    1. On the iPhone or iPad, open the Apple App Store.
    2. Install the Microsoft apps needed, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or OneDrive.
    3. Open one of the apps.
    4. Tap Sign in or Get Started.
    5. Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the Microsoft 365 subscription.
    6. After sign-in, the subscription benefits are available in the apps automatically.

For OneDrive on iPhone or iPad:

    1. Download the OneDrive app from the Apple App Store.
    2. Sign in with the work, school, or personal account used for OneDrive.
    3. To add another account, tap the Accounts and Settings icon, then tap Add account.

For Outlook on iPhone or iPad:

    1. Install Outlook for iOS from the App Store.
    2. Open Outlook and tap Get Started.
    3. Enter the Microsoft 365 email address and tap Add Account.
    4. Enter the password and tap Sign in.
