    Click your Start Button, then just type powershell, on the resulting list, right click PowerShell and select 'Run as Administrator'.

    Paste this into PowerShell and press Enter.

    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.YourPhone -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage

    I just clicked on my shortcut to open Phone Link, and nothing happened. We may have to wait for a while and see if it works later.

    Update: I rebooted my computer and now my phone link is working again.
