Microsoft for Startups business verification blocked – Program Support missing in Preview

Hello Microsoft Team,

I am enrolled in the new Microsoft for Startups PREVIEW experience in Azure.

My company, Elyntica, Inc., is a newly incorporated Delaware C Corporation. I am trying to complete business verification to unlock additional Azure startup credits.

The verification form requires the Business Registration ID to be exactly 21 alphanumeric characters, but our genuine Delaware File Number is 10756151. I will not pad or alter an official registration number simply to satisfy the validation rule.

Our EIN is currently pending because the company was incorporated through Stripe Atlas only recently. I can provide our Delaware Certificate of Incorporation and other business evidence through a secure/private support channel.

The documented Your Microsoft Team → Get program support option does not exist in my Microsoft for Startups PREVIEW page. I also tried the Azure Support + troubleshooting pane, but the Go action does not progress the request and there is no Microsoft for Startups verification category.

Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate this privately to Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification and advise how I can provide the incorporation documentation for manual verification?

I will not post company identifiers, subscription IDs or sensitive documents publicly.
