Refund request process not working

I am a student trying to learn for DP-700 exam. as per udemy instruction i created an account but when went to check my credit card payment i found i was charged $267 for not using service. i am trying to raise refund request but it keeps crashing out.

    Is this for a payment to Udemy or to Pearson Vue?
