Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello @Karl-8245
Microsoft personal accounts and Microsoft work/business accounts are separate account types and are managed independently. Currently, there is no supported method to convert personal Microsoft accounts into work or business accounts.
To start Microsoft 365 for business, you will need to create a new Microsoft 365 tenant and start a business subscription or trial. You can review the available plans here: Microsoft 365 Business Plans and Pricing
During the setup process, you will first be required to create an initial domain with tenantname.onmicrosoft.com format. Once the tenant has been created, you can add and configure your custom domain (for example, @ourbusinessname.com) by following the instructions in this article: Add a Custom Domain to Microsoft 365
After your custom domain has been verified and configured, you can create new user accounts and assign the appropriate Microsoft 365 licenses to them: Add users and assign licenses in Microsoft 365 - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
Please note that existing personal Microsoft accounts cannot be directly migrated into a Microsoft 365 business tenant. New work accounts will need to be created within the tenant, and any required data would need to be moved separately.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance.
